Liz is an accredited kinesiology instructor delivering Neuroenergetic Kinesiology Training in the city of Rockhampton in Queensland.
Liz discovered the amazing “key” called kinesiology in 2007 when she attended a Touch For Health workshop in Rockhampton. The awareness gained around her personal health issues launched her on a quest to find out more about this modality. She went on to become a registered Touch for Health Instructor in 2009. In 2010 she attended her first workshop with Hugo and began her exploration of the world of Neuroenergetic Kinesiology.
She likes to describe kinesiology as a “key” as it opens many doors to many different paths of possibility. She is passionate about Neuroenergetic Kinesiology Training giving individuals the capacity and confidence to contribute to health and well being – at a personal level, at a community level and beyond. She envisions Neuroenergetic Kinesiology playing a major role in healthcare in the future and sees kinesiology growing exponentially as a recognised healthcare option. She is inspired to motivate others to consider kinesiology as being a valuable and ongoing contribution to their lives.
Liz is particularly excited about teaching Principles of Kinesiology 1 to 4. These introductory kinesiology courses cover content not readily found elsewhere. The exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts (such as divergent channels, connecting channels and muscle meridians) deepens the understanding and appreciation of the traditions that inform modern kinesiology. Liz encourages much practical involvement from each student as she understands the importance of embodying the skills learnt in order to create confidence and competency.
Liz holds a current Diploma of Kinesiology, is a Registered Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner with the Australian Kinesiology Association and an accredited trainer with the NK Institute. A former secondary art teacher with more than 30 years of teacher registration with Education Queensland, Liz is highly qualified to share the techniques of kinesiology in a simple and easy to understand way.
And … as Liz’s friend and colleague Marie says … “Anyone can do this!”
